Gamerabble, Inc. Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) and Gamerabble, Inc. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and govern your use of Ava, our AI-based gaming companion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ava, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Ava. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of Ava after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Ava, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering for our services
• Use our services in a lawful manner
• Not violate any laws or regulations in your use of Ava
• Not use our services to infringe the rights of others

3. Intellectual Property

All content related to Ava, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Gamerabble, Inc. and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit permission.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Ava without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Ava will immediately cease.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gamerabble, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Ava.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tampa, Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
